Online Health and Safety Training in English is designed for managers, supervisors, occupational health and safety professionals, persons conducting safety briefings and other employees who require occupational health and safety training in English under Bulgarian legislation.
The course is based on the requirements of Bulgarian Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16 December 2009 on the conditions and procedure for conducting periodic occupational health and safety training and instruction.
Access: 60 days to the lectures, training materials and online test.
Test: minimum score of 75% to pass.
Attempts: unlimited during the active access period.

Legal basis for the training
Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16 December 2009
Ordinance No. RD-07-2 regulates the conditions and procedure for occupational health and safety training and instruction in Bulgarian enterprises.
The Ordinance identifies several categories of persons who must receive occupational health and safety training, including persons who manage work processes, occupational health and safety officials, persons conducting safety briefings and other categories specified by Bulgarian legislation.
Training frequency
The statutory training frequency depends on the participant's role and the applicable requirements of Bulgarian occupational health and safety legislation.
- For certain occupational health and safety officials and persons conducting briefings, training is required annually.
- For persons who manage and supervise work processes, the applicable periodicity is generally not less frequently than once every two years.
- Other categories are subject to the specific requirements applicable to their role.
How to start the training
Payment methods
1. Advance payment
A proforma invoice containing the payment details is provided.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, through ePay, EasyPay or another payment method that allows payment using the details stated on the proforma invoice.
After payment is received, access to the training is activated immediately by the ZBUT.BG team.
2. Cash on delivery
You can start the training without advance payment.
After successful completion, the original certificate is sent by courier with cash on delivery. The training is paid for when the shipment is received.
With this option, the certificate is not sent in advance by email.
3. Payment and collection from the office
You can start the training without advance payment. After successful completion, payment is made and the original certificate is collected in person from the office of Medical Consulting Ltd.

Collection from the office
