Annual Online Health and Safety Training for Working Conditions Committee and Group Members (KUT/GUT) is intended for employer representatives and employee representatives who participate in Working Conditions Committees and Working Conditions Groups in Bulgarian companies.
The training is conducted in accordance with Bulgarian Ordinance No. 4 of 3 November 1998 on the training of representatives in Working Conditions Committees and Groups and the applicable requirements of Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16 December 2009.
Access: 60 days to the lectures, training materials and online test.
Test: minimum score of 75% to pass.
Attempts: unlimited during the active access period.

What do KUT and GUT mean?
KUT means Working Conditions Committee.
GUT means Working Conditions Group.
These are the structures through which employer representatives and employee representatives participate in discussions and activities concerning working conditions, occupational risks and occupational health and safety measures in Bulgarian companies.

What is the purpose of the annual training?
The annual training is intended to refresh and expand the knowledge of KUT/GUT representatives, improve their effectiveness and familiarise them with changes and developments in occupational health and safety requirements.

- functions and responsibilities of KUT/GUT representatives;
- participation of employees and employer representatives in occupational health and safety activities;

Legal basis for the training
Bulgarian Ordinance No. 4 of 3 November 1998
Ordinance No. 4 regulates the training of employer representatives and employee representatives participating in Working Conditions Committees and Working Conditions Groups in Bulgarian enterprises.
The Ordinance distinguishes between initial training and annual refresher training.
Ordinance No. RD-07-2 of 16 December 2009
Ordinance No. RD-07-2 regulates occupational health and safety training and instruction. For members of Working Conditions Committees and Groups, their specific training is carried out in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 4.
Initial training and annual training – what is the difference?
Initial KUT/GUT training
Completed after election as a representative and has a minimum duration of 30 training hours.
Annual KUT/GUT training
Refresher and development training with a minimum duration of 6 training hours.
How to start the training
Payment methods
1. Advance payment
A proforma invoice containing the payment details is provided.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, through ePay, EasyPay or another payment method that allows payment using the details stated on the proforma invoice.
After payment is received, access to the training is activated immediately by the ZBUT.BG team.
2. Cash on delivery
You can start the training without advance payment.
After successful completion, the original certificate is sent by courier with cash on delivery. The training is paid for when the shipment is received.
With this option, the certificate is not sent in advance by email.
3. Payment and collection from the office
You can start the training without advance payment. After successful completion, payment is made and the original certificate is collected in person from the office of Medical Consulting Ltd.
How does the online training work?
After activation, you receive 60 days of access to the lectures, training materials and online test. The training can be completed at your own pace during the active access period.

The original certificate is sent by courier and the training is paid for upon receipt. The certificate is not sent in advance by email.
Collection from the office
After successful completion, payment is made and the original certificate is collected in person from the office.
